How It Works

Step 1 – Choose Your Program
Select the program that matches your current level (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced, Custom, etc…). One monthly subscription gets you All Access to all programs in the store. No Contract Required.

Step 2 – Download the Free App & Create Your Account
You’ll be directed to the app store from the welcome email you use to sign up. Here you will download the app to set up your profile and access your training.

Step 3 – Start Training
Open your program, follow each session, and log your results. The system handles progression for you. Need assistance? The coaching staff provides support directly via in-app messages.

  • Consistency is Critical. Program workouts are meant to be completed sequentially but are not assigned on a calendar basis. Rather, workouts are listed in “playlist” style so you can choose which workout is right for each day based on your schedule and needs.

The Journey:

  • Starting Out: Expect some soreness and fatigue as your body adapts. You’ll build a strong base of fitness and start feeling more stable and efficient on the bike.

  • Building: Workouts get harder and more specific. You’ll feel tired at times, but notice clear gains in climbing, descending, sprinting, and overall control on the bike.

  • Performance & Maintenance: Training sharpens into peak performance. With proper recovery, you’ll feel faster, fresher, and more confident, while keeping fitness consistent over time.

Beginner

Built for riders new to lifting or returning after time off, this program develops a complete foundation through strength, conditioning, and power. Flexible scheduling lets you train on your timeline, while smart load progression automatically adjusts weights as you improve.
