Effort:
Consistency is Critical. Program workouts are meant to be completed sequentially but are not assigned on a calendar basis. Rather, workouts are listed in “playlist” style so you can choose which workout is right for each day based on your schedule and needs.

The Journey:
Starting Out: Expect some soreness and fatigue as your body adapts. You’ll build a strong base of fitness and start feeling more stable and efficient on the bike.
Building: Workouts get harder and more specific. You’ll feel tired at times, but notice clear gains in climbing, descending, sprinting, and overall control on the bike.
Performance & Maintenance: Training sharpens into peak performance. With proper recovery, you’ll feel faster, fresher, and more confident, while keeping fitness consistent over time.
